i KNOW HOW irritating to sleep early (like 11-12-ish) AND THEN wake up in the middle of the nite (3ish) and couldn't get back to sleep until like 6

but i figure out (now) that it was b/c i was having something in mind (e.g. WAITING for never come phone calls!) sigh.. but anyway, one of the things i did was wait until i'm VERY VERY VERY sleepy - unil i felt asleep on the coach and need to "rush to the bed" to sleep... haha
i also went to Dr. at one pt and get some sleeping pills - but of course, managed NOT to use it, just 'in-case' ...

I used to fall asleep on the coach and ended up having the TV on all night. Sleep spills NEVER worked for me. They only made me dizzy. As long as my brain was still buzzing with thoughts... I wouldn't be able to sleep.
I guess I didn't really have insomnia lately but it's just that I kept waking up around 3 or 4 in the morning. It's annoying because in the morning I still felt like I didn't have enough sleep.
i seldom have sleeping problem (haha ... i am lucky! sleep like a log ... most of the nights) ... and only a few reasons that prohibit me from falling asleep in a few minutes (a big big project/meeting the next day, drank tea/coffee at 4pm ((... for the new working schedule... i'd say ... 3pm.. coz i go to bed very early now)), or if i took a nap which lasted more than 20 minutes). sometimes i couldn't hear the alarm rang and blamed the alarm of NOT working ... until I was told that the alarm works and u just ignored the alarm.
I haven't been setting my alarm lately. I am usually waken up when my dad gets up and brushes his teeth. My mom even gets up even earlier and I wonder if she is the reason for my sleep problem.. hmmm?
