Very nice pictures!!! I like those flower close-ups and sunset pictures.
I think you did the right thing by not working on the weekend. Unless you have a deadline to meet, otherwise the weekend is the time for you to de-compress and relax.

nice photos! watched 2 episodes ("from Pole to Pole", and "the Mountains") of BBC's Planet Earth last night. the documentary's video and pictures are gorgeous! it's a Blu-ray DVD, played via my 1080p HDTV !!!
if i have a choice, i don't work on Saturday, i'd work late on Friday. however, i am on a tue-sat. schedule now ... so i do work on one day during the weekend.
