They just look like they are 'aiming' at the tree top right? If they are 3.5ft tall, aren't they a bit big to be landing on the tree tops? Nice photo by the way.
You are right. When they approach for landing, their feet stick out like an airplane lowering its landing gear. So it appears in the picture as if they making a landing on the tree top. In fact, they are still 20~30 ft off the ground.
